Idles drops to 250 RPM when braking suddenly and almost feels the motor is about to stall (rough idling) then vibrates its way back to around 550 RPM when stationary with foot on brake. Takes off OK. Can anyone help please? New to forum. 2000 AU Falcon Series 1.

sounds like the booster diaphram or booster line as split or loose causing it to suck air from out side the system ...
