aii guys, did any one watch rove live tonite, were that hosue got painted orange for 200k, i was there, in the crowd it was onli round the corner, was good and funny to watch, was pretty packed, onli prob is some fags spoiled it and chucked eggs from the crowd, which got the secruity dudes over to check out the sitch, there also was some kids yelling out to cars driving by, "rip a burnout" and none did and they'd respond "ur weak" or "POS car", very sad, but none the less, the house actually looks good, we drove by it b4, and 2 secruity guards are sitting out the front guariding it overnight, to make sure no one trashes it i guess...

lol @ kids yelling rip a burnout. I watched parts of it, the house didn't look that bad, and for 200k you could buy a nicer house anyways.

I would have done it had I entered the competition in time. $200k off the home loan would have left me with about 2 - 3 years of repayments. I'd be happy to leave it like that for a month. Would have painted the roof too if they asked for it.

Ah i see
I grew up in the adelaide hills where all walls, roofs, sheds, water tanks etc were required to be green/grey/other approved colour... to fit in with the landscape... and also so the people in the city arent subjected to the eyesore of a bright orange house on the side of the hill

It is a marketing scam, and a bloody good one at that, plus some lucky bugger has just paid off his house!
