has anyone seen the new ford xr5 turbo, i just saw it on a bus stop poster and had to investigate. priced at around $38 000 it seems a bit steep really, but then again you look at the stats and if i had enough money for a small car i know where i would lean towards

trust me, the car is worth every cent, if i had the money 2day it would be the first thing i'd buy, and i have a company car so its not like id need one.
This car is amazing in every aspect, i'd rather one of these then a typhoon, sure its as fast but is handles like its on rails. |

I've heard positive and negative things about it... Not counting any chickens yet... I rekon it'll get shown up a bit by the Mazda 3 MPS to, but time will tell...

yeah im wondering what the 3 MPS will be like, it might be too pricey, and the 6 mps isnt doing very well at all. Personally i prefer the focus euro look to the mazda jap style. but thats just me, oh and i also sell fords so of course i'll like their product

1) AWD 2) more grunt (although, so long as it had point 1, it would be fairly easy to up the grunt myself, and pretty cheap to I rekon) If it had point 1) I'd be buying it tomorrow. |

is the mazda running an all time AWD? or like the MPS just a FWD with the rear drive kicking in when it needs to, like the GTi VW?

I've made the descision to buy one in about a year or so (my sister will be getting her licence so the Fiesta must go to her). While I wait for that time, I'll watch how they go before I do get one. I wouldn't get a new car JUST as it comes out because in the new car hype ford will nay be willing to do good deals on them. nad theyre going on about how popular and sold out till september they are.

XR6= 6 cylinders XR8= 8 cylinders XR5= 5 cylinders. Yes it is a is 5 cylinder turbo Therefore an XR4 could be a performance Fiesta ( the ST model in the UK) XR7? Jeez some people say silly things!

An XR7 is only natural since the first car to wear the XR nameplate was the Mercury Cougar XR7 :

Yeh I did miss the sarcasm!!Obviously far too subtle!!
But most people are so ignorant about Focus, I'm not sure that many realise that Focus XR5 IS a 5 cylinder car

Test drove an XR5 today. Seriously thinking about buying one for the misses.
The seats were so comfy, the interior looked ok, features etc acceptable, handling and steering for a front wheel drive car were exceptional. It's take off was not great, but mid range power/torque was impressive!!! The engine only had 80kms on it so would loosen up. The shift was easy, in fact in my opinion, too easy, the clutch felt like it wasn't there. Got back into my XR6T and felt like I had to break a leg to drive it. Overall though I think it is a fantastic car and most likely will buy one for the misses. Now the bad news, have been told by dealer, that if we order now, we might see it sometime next year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :
