I know this is a Ford forum, but I'm wondering if someone could point me into the right direction to find out current market prices on car parts. In particular Austin A40 parts.... I've tried ebay but can't find what i'm after, so i was wondering if there was someone who specialised in these cars that might be able to help me.
Cheers Melz

Geez I'd have thought the best way to get bits for an A40 would be to buy a donor car.

Arent there any specialists here dealing with A40 parts? I know with MGs there are quite a few around. If not, try looking in UK car magazines like Practical Classics, or even in Google (type in 'A40', or 'A40 parts'). You probably would need to get the parts from the UK if there arent any dealers here. Probably be cheaper too.

Google brings up plenty in the UK. Try some of the workshops specialising in (BMC) Minis here - you might find somebody with some contacts.

Hi Melz...there is a place in Ferntree Gully (Melb) called Hillman Spares Galore.
924 Burwood Hwy Ferntree Gully 03 9758 3644. He keeps a big range of parts etc...for old Pommy cars.
