Default oil pressure gauge for air pressure?

Quick question, has any body used (or know if it will work) an oil pressure gauge with electronic sender on an air tank to monitor pressure? It seems a cheap way out (about $30-40 on ebay) but not sure if it will work...

for a start how much PSI you planning on putting through, they oil pressure guages dont go to high on the scale.

max about 120-130psi, I've seen a few gauges that go to 150 so will use one of those if someone can confirm I'n not wasting my money cos it won't work?...

Of course it will work, its a pressure guage. KPI/psi.
