i think this is what you mean.. I try to bulk up.. the lads from work and i go for 1 1/2 hrs a night used to be longer.......
Fav exercises are tri's and bi's.
Pretty impressive when you preacher curl 60-70kgs for 8 reps...
Its just a shame that.. Its easier to lose the muscle gained, than what it is to put it on!!!

Gym? What's a gym? LOL.

Nah, seriously, I've probably been once in the past year and it nearly killed me. No wonder I'm so skinny!

Newsflash.

Seems poll results point to - people are going to the gym to actually workout!!!!

Shock.

ps - the perve thing is a fringe benefit _2: not a primary motivator....

Considering the cost of joining most gyms isn't really a cheap thing that shouldn't really surprise anyone though...

At least they're trying to work out to loose a little extra weight, probably because of people's attitude like your own.

I think your attitude really sucks, not everyone can be supermodel material, even larger women can be beautiful & worthy of a perve!

used to go 5 days a week but one day at the bottom of a 140kg squat on the 6th rep went down and didnt get back up ended up falling on one knee while my spot made sure the weight didnt fall on me, it did anyway though.

about 6 months on and the knee is still buggered :(

I used to go twice a week for 6 about months. Membership was about $120 for every 3 months and there was also a signing up fee. It was pretty good and ended up buying a brand new gym set at home including boxing bag and speed ball. About a month after i bought my home gym set i havnt used it since, and it just gathers dust!. I miss waking up the next day and you cant move, i suppose i should get back into.

What really turned me off it was my mate used to come along with me to the gym and he really got into it. Mind you my mate was only 17 at the time and he was benching 290 pounds wtf?. Turns out he was on the roids so i kindov stoped after i found out. But really if you think about alot people dont work out properly they just ask "what do you you bench" and go off showing you what they can do. But in the end there are some people who train properly while others are just all talk.

hahaha lol ur gunna get flamed for that one

it comes down to what your own personal preference is, ME PRESONALY dont find that attractive and dont want it shoved in my face while im

A) trying to look at my self whilst lifting weights/working out
B) tying to preve on that hotties a$$ while she is on the tread mill whilst i also check out how much bounce her rack has
C) chatting up that PT i have been checking out for weeks

end of the day im Young, Vain and Shallow, I can be picky if i want, im young and just trying to get as much hot a$$ as posible, i dont care about how nice someones personality is when all im trying to do is get in thier pants.

Hate me if you want but i belive women were put on this earth to repoduce and continue the human race, men on the other hand just wanna get laid(at my age anyway)

YES ill grow up one day but for now let me be young and not have a care in the world coz soon enough it all goes away

Far out on the riods at 17 hope he know whats hes getting into with taking riods at that age.

and the ones that ask you how much you can bench are the one that have no concept of what body building and powerlifting are about well at least 99.9% time. i usally ask them how much they deadlift and they walk away or say they dont do it.

am actually surprised that people go to the gym to work out . i dont know why i think that.
