Hi there,
Has anyone got a document on how to run the diagnostics on the ABS system in a Series 1 Fairmont V8? also what the codes mean as well. I tried looking for a technical doc on AU falcon homepage but nothing, Fordmods has a really good one for every model bar the AU! The light is intermittant so I would like to sort this out ASAP in case it get's worse. Cheers all.

Apparently not. I would try replacing the fuse, and if that doesn't work, clean the ABS sensor pickups at the back of the hubs (front) and rear wheels.
If nothing still, then go to a Mechanic/Ford and ask them to plug in the scantool and read the codes. Should be no/minimal charge for this.

No worries. I would replace the fuse even if the current looks fine. An intermittant problem like this could be a loose connection in the fuse, or bad sensor readings. It could also be one of about a dozen other things, but these are the only 2 I know how to check/fix without the diagnosis from a scantool.
