Default Deciphering a dyno chart

Found a dyno chart in the glovebox of the new ute, obviously it was done when the exhaust was done. I'm not very familiar with these...

here is the link for it (sorry about quality):

I assume the higher lines is the horsepower, im unsure of the lower lines?
and is the hp output at the wheels or flywheel?

Red Line up the top is before power, higher of the two is the after power, the bottom 2 lines are torque by the looks of things

from things i know about dyno dynamics dynos (we have one) it looks like they have done a few runs, the higher lines are most likely the dyno set to 40 (possibly 60) km/h to get max power at max revs, the lower lines would be set at about the 100km/h mark under load to show cruise power. possibly the blue lines will be before the exhaust mod, with red lines showing power gain after mod. we do the same thing when converting cars to LPG. we do a petrol run then a LPG run to show the customer how much power they have lost or gained (depending on type of conversion), shows up similar to this, but we generally only do the 2 runs, not the 4 as seen in this graph.

197.7 rwhp = 148 rwkw. Very nice for what is supposed to be a 175fwkw engine! So 197.7 rwhp pretty much equates to 195 to 200 fwkw at the engine - almost AU2 XR8 territory.
