Default AU2 200Kw to 220Kw ???

I have the opportunity to swap parts from my AU3 220Kw XR8 to my 200Kw AU2 Pursuit Ute. I have changed 70mm T/Body, MAF and Intake tube, and Upper Plenum chambers. Went to change rockers and found 200Kw already has Yella Terra R/Rs. ( I hope that they are 1.7-1 on both engines! I do not know how to tell the difference, so I measured from shaft to both ends, same distance). Ute still hasnt got the grunt of the sedan. About to swap ECU computer, is this as easy as it sounds? will it make a difference? Is there any other parts that are Different? Anything else I should swap? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks ........ Dave

Only Pursuit250's were 250kw as they shared the 5.6 stroker as found in T3's.

All other utes were 200kW from factory, with the Series I XR8's being 185kW.

To answer the question you cannot swap the ECU without having it recoded to suit your BEM
