Yep just take out the screws at the top and gently pull it forward, helps sometimes if you reach up through the fuse compartment and push from behind, once it's out far enough you just reach behind and unplug the cables and the whole thing should slide out, then you need to remove the fascia which has clips top and bottom, be careful they are very very easy to break, to remove the dial faces you will need to remove the needles first, I have found the easiest way is to turn them to the stops and gently twist and pull them off, they have a wire rod under them which goes into the gauge itself and can be a tight fit, once the are off just gently peel the face off, to put the new one on just line up the locator pins at the top and gently press it into place... and as they say in the manual assembly is the reverse of the dismantling procedure. take your time and it should all be good.

Hi Guys,
these needles are a tight fit and will require a bit of force to take off. Also the calibration of the gauges will be out. after you fot the fascia 'lightly' tap the gauge needles in and hook up the connectors in the back and turn the ignition on. the needles will zero and this will show you how far out the calibration is. Then simply remove the needles and adjust the difference as necessary. It is fiddly but worth the extra effort as i have changed mine to the silver tickford face and it looks a million bucks!!
