hi,
I'm thinking of using rda standard disc rotors and brake pads on my au1. My driving is moderate mileage each year and careful braking. Can anyone tell me if these products are good value as their price is great? |

I think most people here use DBA as they seem to be a better product. But then most here use their cars in some sort of performance orientation (even if that's just spirited driving through the hills/twistys occasionally). I have heard that the RDAs are not too bad, but don't know of anyone who uses them - perhaps you can tell us how they are after you have fitted them.

I have RDA slotteds and EBC greenstuffs and very happy with them
DBA do look to be a better product but they state you cannot use EBC pads with them If you were to go to performance rotors, go the fish hook or cross over design bit clunky the old slotteds

I'm using RDA slotteds front and rear, and haven't had any issues at all - running Bendix Advance pads front and rear also

I'll be picking up a set of rda or dba rotors soon. My Ghia's brakes are good and don't fade like the AUII Futura's did, but they do warp quicker than a polititian's truth thermometre.
I picked up a set of cheap pads off ebay and will test them before looking at a more expensive set. |

I had RDA slotted rotors front and rear on my old ef with bendix ultimate pads, i thought they were great, pulled the car up well, and were a bit cheaper than DBA's
