Also just to make 100% clear DO NOT open those injector fuel lines if the engine has been cranking or running, allow minimum 45mins for fuel pressure to go.....

And yes it's the same guy that serviced my previous injectors. But when getting those old injectors back and changing the intake manifold gaskets, the car never started again, thinking putting the injectors straight in without bleeding is maybe the reason now it didn't start. Oh and only then did i start getting code 'Low pressure on fuel rail" as mentioned in one of my earlier posts. Last edited by JustBill; 11-09-2024 at 07:47 PM. |

The main pointing i see is remove the plug on the H.P pump so it can create more pressure than the combustion pressure to keep the nozzles in the injectors closed ,so that when the electrics operate the valve they are in the closed position with a head of fuel behind them.

Number : 1683825, AG916K863AB The air leakage in the intake pipe causes abnormal air intake. There is no pressure relief sound from the turbine, the acceleration is weak, and the air leakage sound can be heard when the turbine intervenes. |

Fascinating! Any theory as to how that nice round hole formed? Someone with a battery drill? Or a long bolt sticking out where it shouldn't have been??
Good to see you can still buy a replacement hose though. |
