I tried search, but had no luck. What I need to know is what is compatible between the series, my AU wagon is an ex taxi with a worn out interior and a 10 litre petrol tank (No joke).
I can get a series 1 for next to nothing, but don't want to get it if nothing will fit. TIA

AU is series 1.
Everything is basically the same across all 3. It's mainly the dash , door skins, colours & fabrics that changed, but by appearance only, not their dimensions. If you can get a cheapy for parts then go for it. |

The price is only 1 or 2 hundred, but the wagon is driveable just needs an auto service. I would prefer not to wreck one that could be a bargain driver for some one else.

Sheez for that price grab it. Strip what you want & sell the running/driving shell to a stock car driver.

I didn't end up taking the wagon as it was in a worse state than mine.
However I have just picked up a series 1 XR6 for the amazing price about 10 litres of diesel in the Prado to collect it, the only thing missing is the cylinder head. It was an abandoned vehicle at the local Army base, too much hassel to re register it, so looks like all the good bits will be going on my FlashCab.
